I have proudly called Mandurah home for 15 years, living here with my wife and son. I became an Australian citizen in 2002 and have always believed in giving back to the community I love.
I am an Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of business leadership experience, managing multi-million-dollar companies. I bring strong skills in governance, financial management, negotiation, and strategic decision-making.
I have also worked across both white-collar and blue-collar roles. These experiences have given me real-life skills and shaped me into a people-focused leader who understands the everyday challenges families and workers face.
Since 2019, I have had the privilege of serving as your full-time Councillor. From the very beginning, I promised to bring Council to your doorstep, and that is exactly what I have done. Whether in your home, at a local café, or on a park bench, I have listened to thousands of residents about the issues that matter most: rising rates, increasing crime, and verge trees causing damage to private properties.
I am proud to be the only Councillor who has consistently voted against rate increases every year since 2019 because I understand the pressure on Mandurah families and local businesses.
As Mayor, I will lead Council to deliver responsible, no-rate-increase budgets for the next four years, without cutting services or community programs.
I am running for Mayor because I believe Mandurah deserves better. Together, we can achieve it.
